Digital Healthcare Content Specialist

Location : This role can be based remotely or out of our main offices in San Mateo, CA.

YOU will:

  • Curate and source appropriate digital content for various campaigns and modalities while ensuring that our customers' business objectives are met, and our strategies/best practices are manifested.
  • Interact with customers and manage vendors, as needed.
  • Report to the Director of Digital Content Strategy & Compliance.

  • Have a graduate degree in Master of Health Communications, Master of Public Health (and similar),Master in Health Education, or Master in Nursing (nurse educator or health education concentration).
  • Have 2 – 4 years of work experience.
  • Self-starter who can take direction and execute accordingly.
  • Experience in two or more of these areas is a big plus:
    • Customer-facing content and project management.
    • Creating/organizing/classifying digital content for healthcare/health education.
    • Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and/or quality and/or disease management as it pertains to health insurance interests is a huge plus.
    • Copywriting and translation of digital content; fluency in Spanish is a big plus.
    • Working with content-related data—analyses on digital content efficacy, A-B testing, ROI, and visualization, etc.

Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a brilliant and versatile Customer Success Manager to help us build and scale HealthCrowd. Though we prefer candidates with a few years of professional experience, those with less are welcome to apply as well.

YOU, our Customer Success Manager, are a key member of our Customer Success team. You will:

  • Guide new customers through implementation and launch, analyze data, and provide customers with insights and recommendations to meet their ROI objectives
  • Work with account management, engineering and product teams to support, promote and enhance our SaaS offerings

We're looking for a brilliant and versatile entry-level Software Engineer to help us build and scale HealthCrowd. Though we prefer candidates with internship or graduate research experience, those who without are welcome to apply as well.

YOU, our Software Engineer, are a key member of our Engineering team. Just like your other Engineering team members at HealthCrowd, you have software engineering and technical skills; however, you are also good at:

  • getting our customers off the ground and running,
  • measuring their successes/shortfalls,
  • turning data into insights and helping them meet their ROI objectives.

If you'd like a technical position with some customer-facing responsibilities and a skew on data analytics, this could be just the right opportunity.
